Three people charged with evading customs duties in relation to cigarette have pleaded not guilty in the Summary Court.
Samantha Yolanda Thompson, Iva Lavashti Ebanks-Grant and Ryan Chester Whittaker pleaded not guilty before Magistrate Grace Donalds on Tuesday.
The trio were charged after customs officers allegedly found them with seven cartons of cigarettes valued at $294 at the Owens Roberts International Airport in May.
Ebanks-Grant has a trial date set for April 2.
Thompson and Whittaker, who were not represented in court, have received extended bail and will return for mention on August 12.
