Cayman Heart Fund – Wear Red Day
February 2, 2018
Wear Red for the Cayman Heart Fund. A heart inspired dress down day for charity.
Friday, February 2nd, 2018 is Wear Red Day, an initiative to help raise awareness about cardiovascular disease and its effects. Wear Red in your school, workplace, and neighborhood and raise funds for the Cayman Heart Fund.
Cardiovascular disease is the number one killer worldwide which is why we are asking that you wear red on Cayman’s Wear Red Day, encourage others to do the same and know your numbers: Cholesterol (good and bad), Blood pressure, blood sugar and body mass index (BMI).
More than ever, your financial contributions help save lives. Funds raised support educational programs and health screening events to increase awareness about the risk for heart disease and stroke.
We deeply appreciate all your support. The Cayman Heart Fund wouldn’t be where we are today without you.
Together there is still so much more we can do to save lives in the Cayman Islands.
