Mr. E. Fedum whose sister is a teacher at the Secondary Grammar School, is in the island for the summer vacation. He is a Medical Student from Alberta, Canada, and is helping at the Govt. hospital here to gain experience during the holiday period. He has one more year of studies before taking his finals.

We wish him a happy and profitable stay in Cayman and every success. in his chosen career. Miss Ella Borden of Triple C. School went to the University Hospital in May for an interview and to sit the qualifying examination for entry into the Nursing School. This was a successful trip and we are happy that Ella has been accepted for training as a nurse at that hospital.

She leaves here on the 5th July and the course begins on the 7th.
