WILLIAM VERRAL of Bodden Town, was in the Grand Court last week, ordered to declare his assets, liabilities, debts, and a list of all of all his creditors in the Cayman Islands, after a petition was brought before the Court to have him declared a bankrupt.

The petition was brought by William H. McTaggart who had obtained judgment in the sum of $688.07, being an amount of $565.59 which Verral owes the petitioner, plus costs of litigation. His Lordship Mr. G.J. Horsfall, C.B.E., Grand Court Judge gave Verral eight days in which to file the declaration of his assets, liabilities, etc. with the Clerk of the Court, Mr. Rupert N. Trim, who was appointed Trustee in Bankruptcy.
