The Cayman Islands' year-round sport-fishing season will be exposed to an estimated 1,200 people at the September 4th Cayman Night Party scheduled to take place in Port Arthur, Texas.

Quabbin Dives Ltd. owner and charterboat captain Atlee Evans will present a slide show featuring photographs of local charterboats and their catches during the past year.

Little Cayman and Cayman Brac will also be featured in the 15 minute slide presen-

tation. tation prepared by the Cayman Islands Angling Club and the Cayman Islands News Bureau. The "Fishing Tales" show is the first of its kind in the way of promotional sales tools for the sportfishing industry in the Cayman Islands.

"We've had excellent exposure in the past for the dive industry in the Cayman Islands," Mr. Evans said. "Now we are hoping to do the same thing for the sportfishing here. Texans are known as keen fishermen, especially for the kind of saltwater gamefish action Cayman offersyear round. We want to tell them about what we have to offer during this year's Cayman Night."

Mr. Evans is the skipper of the 38 ft. charterboat, Teresia D, which has boated blue marlin, white marlin, wahoo, a variety of tuna and dolphin frequently during 1982. He emphasised that the slide show will feature fishing action in general in the Caymans. CINB
