Peace on earth and good will to all men - this is our Christmas wish.

In this world, wars still rage and good will is still a rare commodity in world affairs. If only all the people in this world who profess to be believing Christians practised the faith and followed its commands, would not the world be a different place.

We wish and pray that more of us will again take to heart the Holy Words and attempt to live by them.

We wish peace to all - an end to all wars but also that everyone should have peace with themselves, their families, neighbours and enemies. We wish for good will among us all in all our doings.
We wish for a deep renewal of Cayman's tradition where everyone is everyone else's good neighbour.

When we celebrate Christmas this year, let us take time out amid the partying and gift giving, to reflect once again on the true meaning of it all.
