SASKATOON, Saskatchewan (AP) Viacheslav Kozlov scored twice as the Soviet Union beat Canada 4-3 this week in an exhibition game for the Canada Cup hockey series.

Alexei Kasatonov of the Devils and Andrei Kovalenko added the other goals for the Soviets, who played without star players Valery Kamensky, Pavel Bure, Sergei Makarov and Viacheslav Fetisov.
