Ron, who is originally from Alabama, says his father and grandfather were both carpenters and he has a brother who's also in the construction business who now works in Jamaica.
Ron can turn his hand to just about any job, big or small. He can build houses or shelves, whatever the customer needs at the time. His work crew, all local carpenters and builders, fluctuates between three and eight depending on the job at hand. While he can tackle just about any job, Ron says he especially enjoys remodeling projects.
For those large or small repair or construction jobs around the home, you can also call on the Homeworkers. This team are able to tackle most projects around the home quickly and efficiently.
If you're in the market for new doors and windows then you must look into General Windows and Doors, North Sound Road. There are a whole range of doors in various styles and finishes. The same goes for the window systems.
And check with Hydes and Sons if you need to have new patio or screen doors fitted. They're the experts in this line and sell, install, and repair the full range of screen doors. They do a great line in pool enclosures and also stock aluminium handrailings.
Hydes and Son does free estimates. Moving out into the yard, there's a new business now offering some excellent lines in fences and outdoor furniture. Future Fencing, run by Ernie Ebanks, has the exclusive dealership for Bufftech products out of New York. The vinyl PVC fences and railings won't rust, crack, peel or fade and come with a 20-year warranty.
Ernie says the fences are ideal to enclose yards, or just pool or patio areas. The company also makes a line of outdoor furniture, elegant arbours, and railings that would be perfect for a gazebo. Ernie says the fences and rails need little maintenance since they don't have to repainted. He points out that the fences are also very safe: their smooth moulded surfaces have no surface screws, nails or sharp edges. This means that children and pets can play in safety without the fear of getting scratches, bruises or splinters.
Ernie says that Bufftech fences look so great that they can actually add to your property value. Customers can order their fences or railings though Future Fencing with a 60 percent deposit.
