From The Daily Telegraph Another teenage has died after taking the drug Ecstasy.

Ben Nodes, 18, was found early yesterday morning, collapsed in the toilet of an all-night club in Aldershot, Hampshire. Last night at the family home in Boscombe, Dorset, relatives were comforting the boy's mother, Sue Nodes, 44, a charity shop manageress in Bournemouth, and his sister Sarah, 21.

The teenager and four friends travelled by car to Aldershot on Friday night. He is said to have taken Ecstasy in the car park of the Rhythm Station night-club.

His body was found by club staff at 5a.m. Once of the friends, who refused to give his name, said he thought Ben had taken two Ecstasy tablets before going into the club. "We are shell-shocked," he said. "We were all in the club having a good time when he felt ill and went to the toilet. As far as we know he was a healthy bloke.” Earlier this month Andreas Bouzix, 19, died after taking Ecstasy in south London. Another 19-year-old, Helen Cousins, of Peterborough, spent days in a coma after taking a tablet. Last November Leah Betts died after taking the drug on her 18th birthday in Basildon, Essex.

Hampshire Police are trying to trace the dealer who supplied Ben Nodes. Insp. Nigel Hindle said: "the postmortem won't be until Monday but initial investigation suggest he may have died by using drugs.'

The Rhythm Station club is a converted cinema. John Searchfield, the owner, said: "We are shocked. We have never had anything like this happen here before."
