Laura Ribbins, Christine Sanders and Rashada Clarke of Cayman's Fitness Connection joined more than 1,200 fitness professionals in attending the largest and most respected fitness event of the season, the IDEA fall fitness classic in Boston, MA November 15-17.

The classic was presented by IDEA, the International Association of Fitness Professional. The 3 day educational conference brought together leading international experts presenting more than 80 sessions on important fitness topics such as step, high-low and low impact choreography, strength training, mind-body fitness, professional development, water fitness and many more.
Laura Ribbins was one of the invited international presenters where she gave a well received session on her internationally acclaimed "Aquakidz."

Other fitness experts giving intensive hands-on instruction included Kari Anders, past winner of the IDEA instructor of the year award, Jay Blahnik, this year's winner, Daniel Kosich, PhD, author of Get Real; a personal guide to reallife weight management, Carol Lapidus-Scott, founder of the East Coast Alliance and Len Kravitz, PhD, a noted fitness researchers and author who recently appeared on Dateline NBC. As the world leader in fitness education since 1982, IDEA serves as an authoritative, international centre for credible, unbiased fitness information, said Ribbons.
