Chamber Expo opens tonight; displays the range of businesses
The Chamber of Commerce's annual Business Expo promises to bring the world to your doorstep at the Lion's Community Centre from 20-22 September.
Celebrating its tenth anniversary, Chamber of Commerce Business Expo is the island's largest business development event. Chairperson of Chamber of Commerce Business Expo 2001, Gary Rankin of Paramount Carpets Sales & Service says of the event, "We are pleased to be able to showcase the wealth of business available in Cayman. You can truly shop the world right here in Cayman."

Chamber Members are invited to attend the Grand Opening and Business After Hours on 20 September from 5:30 to 9pm where they will have a chance to
network amongst themselves. Chamber President, W. Burns Conolly, AIA said, "Chamber of Commerce Business Expo is one of our most important events. It just one of the ways the Chamber works to help Members increase sales and broaden their customer base."

This year the event is sponsored by Bank of Butterfield, Cable & Wireless and Cayman E-Business Initiative and will feature 46 companies from across the island.

Chamber CEO Wil Pineau said of the Member volunteers, "I would personally like to thank not only Chairperson Gary Rankin of Paramount Carpets Sales & Service, but all of the Members who committed themselves to ensuring the success of this
event. Lee Maraugh of Foster's Food Fair, Joey Ebanks of Caribbean Utilities Co., Ltd. and Reina Ebanks of Thompson Shipping Co., Ltd. and Past Chamber President Mr. Keith Parker Tibbetts Jr. of the Associated Group of Companies all embody what the Chamber is all about, Mem-
bers helping Members strengthen business in Cayman."

Chamber of Commerce Business Expo 2001 will be open to the public from Friday, 21 September from 12pm to 9pm and Saturday, 22 September from 10am to 4pm at the Lion's Community Centre.
