There Internet users can get the latest news and information concerning the Cayman Islands. "This is a project that has been in the works for several years," said Publisher Brian Uzzell. "We have developed a user-friendly website that offers up-to-date news and more.Caycompass.com is just another way for Cayman Free Press to reach out to the community and the world."
The website offers the top stories of the day from the Cayman Islands, the region and the world. Top local and international sports stories are also featured, as well as business.
Viewers will find interesting and informative feature stories, compelling editorials and letters to the editor. The site is also user friendly with the daily Caymanian Compass, the islands' largest daily newspaper with a readership of more than 30,000 people.
Internet users will be able to submit suggestions and letters to the editor via the Caycompass.com website. There is also an online forum in the works.
The website also offers fun and games, horoscopes, subscription services, a television guide, entertainment news, weather and a photo gallery.
Users will also be able to place their classified and display advertisements online in the following phase. At this time users can submit their adverts from online forms.

"We think it's important the accurate and factual news about the Cayman Islands reaches the rest of the world," said Mr. Uzzell. "We are able to do that with this site. It's another way that management and staff at Cayman Free Press is helping the Cayman Islands rebuilt to become stronger and better following Hurricane Ivan."
The CFP website products have been designed in four phases to come. Watch out for the launch of them.
