Mr. Waddell has nearly 20 years of experience in training, team building and organizational development.
His client base includes international corporations and local businesses such as: Admiral Administration ATT, British Caymanian Insurance, Chevron USA and Chevron CCR, Colgate, General Motors Canada, Coutts Cayman and Jersey, Julius Baer Bank, PPC Turks and Caicos as well as the CI Government.
Beyond training and team building, Mr. Waddell has developed software systems measurably increasing performance and customer satisfaction while retaining costs. In addition Mr. Waddell has incorporated avatar and text-to-speech technologies to animate psychological assessments, customer service surveys and 360 degree feedback systems.
Mr. Waddell holds a BA in psychology and a Masters degree in Counselling.  Post graduate work includes attaining Advisor Specialist with IIP, Deming Quality Management, Human Element Leader/Trainer, Situational Leadership and DISC assessment certifications.
Mr. Waddell donates many hours of his time each year to boards and social organisations, such as, Junior Achievement, the Rotaract Club, The Chamber’s Mentoring Cayman Programme and the Cayman Islands Cultural Foundation.
