Al La Kebab has revamped the way it serves its customers with the addition of another serving terminal.
“We have been meaning to add a second terminal for years and explored various options for creating that extra space going as far as considering expanding the building, but that was way too expensive and time consuming,” explained Laura Silverman.
“Due to the customized menu, it takes a little while to get all the details from each customer… if we have two Kebab-Tenders taking orders we can speed up the waiting time for our patrons.
Also, some of our customers call ahead their order and while we are taking a phone order we are inadvertently forced to ignore the very important guest in front of us, which we never like to do. Now with the two terminals, one of us can take the phone order while the other deals with the customer in line.”
Feedback good
The feedback on the improvements has been good since the construction was completed in early February. The Cayman food outlet is also celebrating an important anniversary, added Mrs. Silverman.
“We will celebrate our 10 year anniversary with a huge party on 4th November, 2012,
There is a secret plan in the works to bring kebabs to more people in more places, but we cannot divulge it as yet, as it is a surprise for all of our loyal customers who have supported us over the past 10 years.”
