Mourant Senior Associate Zachary Hoskin has qualified as a trust and estate practitioner, obtaining full membership with STEP.
Hoskin, who is part of the firm’s Cayman Islands litigation practise, qualified as a full member of STEP through the Society’s essay route. To be eligible to complete the qualification by this route, a practitioner must have a recognised professional qualification and at least five years’ industry experience.
