Summer Holiday charter flights

George Town, Cayman Islands (04th April, 2022) The Barbados Overseas Association in the Cayman Islands has  once again organized direct charter flights between Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands and Bridgetown, Barbados for the Summer holidays.

Teachers and students who are longing for a break are rushing to book their seats early, to take advantage of this opportunity.

The charters leave Grand Cayman on 21st July 2022 taking passengers to Barbados and bringing passengers back, with the final legs slated for August 8th, 2022.

This is an exciting time for many reasons.  In spite of air travel opening up and several airlines flying throughout the Caribbean region, travellers still enjoy the comfort of travelling direct to Barbados with connections to the other Caribbean islands, without the hassle of US customs and immigration with long lines and in some cases, having to overnight in Miami.  Not to mention there are less restrictions on the number of pieces of baggage passengers can carry!

Some passengers also point out that they are having to wait until 2023 to get their USA visa appointment to renew their visas so this direct flight offers them the flexibility to travel without a USA visa.

Barbados has also announced that a modified CROP OVER carnival will take place this year so the charter gives revellers the opportunity to enjoy this annual festival which had been on hold for the past two years!

With effortless connections between Barbados and Trinidad, Guyana, St Lucia, St Vincent, Grenada and several other islands, this is a perfect opportunity to families to visit loved ones without all the usual hassles of travel!

Registration for travel is available at bit.ly/3srS2Ev. Early bird special pricing expires April 30th, 2022 and payment plans are available up to June 1,2022.

The Cayman Islands and Barbados maintain their no quarantine policy for vaccinated travellers. In a welcome announcement for many travellers, Barbados recently announced that the period for unvaccinated travellers is reduced to three (3) days! The period of quarantine for unvaccinated travellers is seven (7) days in the Cayman Islands.
