Chrute (ch’root) Adjective – 1. The truth, or actual state of a matter. 2. In accordance with the actual state or conditions; conforming to reality or fact; not false; the honest truth. 3. The legitimacy of known facts. E.g. “If ya doon’ believe wah I sayin jess acks Rodney, n’ he kin tell ya da chrute.”
