Runny Belly (ruh-neh beh-leh) Noun – 1. Frequent and watery bowel movements. 2. An intestinal disorder characterised by abnormal frequency and fluidity of fecal evacuations. E.g. “Hear wah I tell you, doon’ eat nuttin’ Felisha cook cuz it jess gah ghee ya runny belly.”
