A West Bay man has pleaded not guilty to inflicting grievous bodily harm on two men, over a year and a half after the attacks were alleged to have happened.
The two charges relate to an incident in The Strand plaza on West Bay Road, on 3 Jan., 2022.
Charges were filed against Derrick Osney Bush in May this year, and he first appeared in Summary Court in June. He was awarded bail.
The defendant then appeared in Grand Court before Judge Cheryll Richards on 15 Sept. where he pleaded not guilty to both charges and elected a jury trial.
He was granted bail again to reappear in court on 16 Oct.
