Legal arguments have delayed the start of McKeeva Bush’s indecent assault trial this morning.
The presentation of evidence at the trial, which was due to begin at 10am, was delayed until at least 2pm.
Details of the legal arguments to be presented to visiting judge Justice Stanley John cannot be reported, as they will be made in the absence of the seven-member jury.
The trial is scheduled to last three weeks, according to the Grand Court cause list.
