Why is the Cayman Islands government shilly-shallying about building the new high school on Cayman Brac’s Bluff?
The plans for this much-needed school have been in the works for years. Construction has already started. It’s understandable that government is questioning why the costs for building have increased over the past few years. The benefits of a new school on the Brac aren’t arguable.
