While the Cayman Cookout dominates the local culinary scene this weekend, a fellow British Overseas Territory will offer a gourmet event of its own when Four Seasons Resort and Residences Anguilla welcomes back the famed Cafe Milano for a four-night pop-up dining experience at Bamboo Bar & Grill 16-19 Jan.
With locations in Washington, D.C. and Abu Dhabi, Cafe Milano is renowned for its elegant approach to Italian dining, while Bamboo is known for its laid-back luxury and elegant dishes that infuse classic Caribbean flavours.
