Cargo
Port Authority of the Cayman Islands
Due to space limitations, persons who have imported cargo are encouraged to clear and collect their goods as quickly as possible. Exemptions may be granted from the soft curfew for a named person to collect goods. This exemption is valid only to collect cargo at a specified date and time.
To request an exemption to go to the Port Authority of the Cayman Islands warehouse, call the PACI Billing Office on 949-2055 / 914-3789 / 914-3786 or email [email protected].
Customs & Border Control
To request an exemption to clear air cargo that arrived before or during the COVID-19 public health emergency, call Customs & Border Control on 244-4959 or email [email protected]. Alternatively, you may use CBC’s online portal to submit a Customs declaration.
