I am a frequent visitor to your island from the frozen north called Canada.
Frankly, I can see that a dolphin park would be a fabulous way to attract tourists since it fits in with your marine history and environment.
However, I cannot imagine anyone coming to Grand Cayman to stay at a dude ranch.
For one thing, it’s just way to hot to be riding around on horses.
The poor creatures would keel over from heat prostration. I’m referring here to both the people and the horses.
Secondly, the island simply lacks the scenery the average ‘dude’ would want to see. Far better you reconsider the dolphin idea.
