Who’s got the body?

Grand Cayman is set to host a night of muscle mayhem and body battles this Saturday night at the Kings Sports Centre.

Cayman star Georgette Eugene-Dewey is slated to compete Saturday night.

Saturday’s event will be a three-in-one affair as the WNBF Pro Natural Universe Bodybuilding Championships, WNBF Pro Natural Caribbean Figure Championships, and INBF Caribbean Grand Prix Bodybuilding & Figure Championships will be contested.

Prejudging will begin at 10am and the evening finals will be at 6pm.

This is the first WNBF Pro Natural Universe Championships ever to be held in Grand Cayman. It is also only the second time that it is being held in the Caribbean.

The competitors will include athletes from Scotland, England, Canada, USA and St. Vincent and the Grenadines.

Organizer Tiger Wilson promises not only an event of high-quality bodybuilding competition, but also a night of fun entertainment.

The Cayman Islands will be represented by some 20 athletes. This includes three male professional bodybuilders and one professional figure competitor.

Sponsors for the event are: PricewaterhouseCoopers, Department of Tourism, Cayman Airways, Chris Johnson Associates, St. Matthew’s University, GNC, Cable & Wireless, National Drug Council, Andy’s Rent- A-Car, Webster’s Tours, Ranger Security and Powerhouse Gym.

Tickets cost $25 for prejudging, $35 for the finals or a combination package can be purchased for $50.
