NCVO children set for Orlando

Ten young Caymanian children will be treated to a magical vacation in Orlando, Florida, this summer.

The children, who vary in age from two to 15 years old, have been placed in the NCVO’s Nadine Andreas Residential Foster Home through the Department of Children and Family Services and the Judicial System.

Trevor and Michelle Blake share a home with the 10 children who will be vacationing this summer. Mr. and Mrs. Blake foster, love and care for these children along with their own two children.

‘Orlando is said to be the happiest place on Earth,’ said President and CEO of Cayman Airways, Michael Adam. Cayman Airways assisted the NCVO in making this trip a reality.

‘The airline takes great pride in bringing this sort of joy into the lives of these children,’ Mr. Adam declared.

Janice Wilson of the NCVO thanked the sponsors of this trip. ‘The Orlando trip has been a dream of the children for some time and this June it will become a reality thanks to the generosity of Cayman Airways and Mourant Cayman Ltd,’ she said.

The NCVO is an independent, non-profit, charitable organisation that engages in projects to meet the ever-increasing social needs of the community.
