The free clinics are set for Friday, 11 August and Friday, 25 August 25 from 10am to 5pm.

‘(We) realize people are feeling the pinch of the increased cost of living in Cayman and would like to be able to help out by offering these free vaccines,’ stated a press release. ‘It’s a great way to start your puppy on their vaccine schedule so come on down and keep your pet safe.’

The press release noted that it is important that puppies be put on a vaccine programme. They should get their first shot at six weeks, then at nine weeks and then at 12 weeks. After that, they only need one vaccine each year to keep them protected.
