The commandant, officers, adult instructors, cadets NCOs and cadet members of the Cayman Islands Cadet Corps join in congratulating Cadets NCOs Cpl. Pierre Connolly, Cpl. Teresita Ebanks, Cpl. Avisa Tahal, and Cpl. Martina Bodden on their outstanding academic successes in the recent CXC and IGCSE external examinations.
This is in addition to their sterling performance as junior non-commissioned officers in the Corps, positions of leadership that they have had to earn over the last four years.
By their shining example, these four young Caymanians have demonstrated that diligence and hard work do pay off and, in doing so, have embodied the Corps’ motto: ‘Leading the way…who endures wins.’
The Cadet Corps, as a youth-based organisation, continues to work with the young people of this country to ensure that others will have the opportunity to succeed in a manner similar to these four trend-setters.
