When one hears the name Ritz-Carlton, one thinks of luxury, beauty, elegance, professionals etc.
When I hear Ritz-Carlton I hear caring, loving concern for the staffs’ well being and the list goes on.
Since early this year I became ill due to being a diabetic. I was hospitalized a few times both here and in the US. During this time hardly a day passed that someone from my place of employment (The Ritz) did not call to make sure they knew how I was doing and making sure my kids were OK.
I look forward to returning soon to join one of the most dynamic teams to work with in the Cayman Islands.
To all my fellow Caymanians who are thinking about joining the hospitality world, I encourage you to apply to join all the wonderful ladies and gentlemen at the Ritz.
