Pop Queen Madonna is reportedly considering bringing her new adopted son to the Cayman Islands for a dream holiday this Christmas.
This is according to an article in the United Kingdom’s The People newspaper’s online edition in a report published on Sunday, 16 November.
The article, under the headline ‘Xmas in paradise for Madge’s David’ says that she is hoping to visit either the Cayman Islands or the Seychelles next month to celebrate her first holiday season with her adopted African son David Banda.
Madonna, 48 and hubby Guy Ritchie booked a break in the Maldives, but have cancelled after the hotel demanded £250,000 (US$482,888.3678) for her family to have the entire complex for a week, the article said.
Now, reportedly, the couple is desperately seeking a new exotic destination and are looking at the Cayman Islands or the Seychelles. ‘Madonna will want exclusive use of a hotel or whole resort to keep 14-month-old David and the rest of her family away from prying eyes.’
It goes on to report that her staff is pulling out all the stops to a new destination.
It quotes a source close to her as saying, ‘Madge has been so happy since adopting David. She decided to make Christmas really special this year as it is his first with his new family. She and Guy decided to go somewhere idyllic where they could get away from it all. When it went wrong she was devastated.’
The source continued, ‘What she wants more than anything is a proper family Christmas – just her, Guy and the kids.’
