The RCIPS Marine Unit is reminding the public that Lobster season closed on 28 February and will not re-open until 1 December.
Conch season remains open until 30 April with the maximum catch of five per person or 10 per boat, whichever is less.
Anyone found to be taking lobster out of season will be dealt with according to the law.
People should make themselves aware of local laws relating to Marine Parks and the quantities of specific species they’re allowed to take.
