Kareem and Cydonie to compete this week

Kareem Streete-Thompson is slated to compete in Guadeloupe this week, and will celebrate Cinco de Mayo in Vera Cruz, Mexico , where he scheduled to participate on Saturday.

Cydonie Mothersill will be on the other side of the world on Saturday,as she competes in Osaka, Japan at the Grand Prix meet there.

South Shore High School of Brooklyn, New York finished seventh in the Championship of America high school boys 4 x 100 meter relay at the Penn Relays Saturday.South Shore was the only U.S.school in the final.Sean Troop ran the anchor leg in a

41.65 performance, and Sean was shown on ESPN2 just before the event got underway.Jamaican high schools took the first six places , with St.Jago clocking a record-setting 39.96.
