The second outing in the 2007 FIDELITY Fun Run series found the number of participants climbing past the century mark.Although not all first-weekers returned, newcomers pushed the tally on this occasion to 103 finishers.
Overall winners were repeaters as Russell Coleman’s 10:24 was only a second off last week’s effort, while Beth Schreader improved to 12:50 to lead the ladies.Marius Acker was again runnerup, and Eduardo Torres took third place honours.Kedeen Foster and Laura Knox exchanged last week’s ladies overall spots, as Kedeen dropped twenty seconds from her previous week’s clocking.
The series is scheduled to come to a close this coming Saturday, and lots of close contests show various awards still to be decided.Event shirts and performance prizes will be distributed following the tabulation of results.
