My family and I have been going to Cayman Brac for 18 years and love the island and the people that call the Brac home.
We have invested in property and a home on Cayman Brac.
I tell people how wonderful it is and nine times out of 10 their next question is how hard it is to get there.
That’s usually when they say ‘oh’, after I tell them what you have to do to get there.
I know the Brac has really had a hard time getting tourism to the Brac and have even lost jobs when Divi closed.
One of the main reason is you lose a whole day getting there and a lot of times have to return one day early because you can’t make a connection without spending the night on Grand Cayman ( which is a large added expense).
I hope Cayman Airways can find a way to help Cayman Brac with direct flights because family should take care of their sisters.
