The Cayman Islands Athletic Association wishes to announce to its current members, prospective members, and all other athletics enthusiasts that the Annual General Meeting of the Association will be conducted on Wednesday, 26 September, in the Hall at the University College of the Cayman Islands, beginning at 5:30 p.m.
Items on the agenda include reports by executive members, coaches, and managers of teams at international competitions.
An election to fill two vacancies in the Executive Committee is also scheduled.
Information on facilities, equipment, and future local and international competitions, as well as other items of business, will be presented.
All persons are advised that only those persons registered as Active Members of the Association at the close of this Annual General Meeting will be eligible to vote at the 2008 Annual General Meeting to elect the members of the Executive Committee who will serve from 2008-2012.
