More gold medals for Cayman

Cayman’s athletes at the Special Olympics World Games in Shanghai, China continue to reel in gold medals.
Chris Sampson again had the fastest clocking of all entrants in the men’s 100 meter dash as he lowered his time in the finals to 11.38 seconds.
He also posted a 24.20 mark in the preliminary round of the 200 meter dash, third-fastest of all performers.Finals in this event are scheduled for today.
Kevin Anglin turned in a 17.16 second result in his division of the finals in the men’s 100 meters.
Waide McLaughlin added another top spot performance in swimming, as he took gold in the finals of the men’s 200 meter freestyle with a mark of 2:35.40.
