Total Health, a family affair held recently at the Savannah Seventh Day Adventist Church, provided information booths and a variety of activities and health foods for visitors.
Attendees received free facials, pedicures, juice samples, neck and shoulder massages, body mass checks, nutrition advice and diabetic and blood pressure checks.
Trained technicians performed screening tests as visitors filled out health questionnaires.
Helpful tips were provided on healthy living, through proper diet and exercise.
The event was held by Savannah Seventh-day Adventist Church members.
Visitors who felt inclined took time out to share fellowship with one other.
