FirstCaribbean International Bank has welcomed Christopher Denny to the role of retail banking director and GM FirstCaribbean International Building Society, Jamaica.
Mr. Denny will be responsible for the delivery of retail performance in Jamaica including financial, risk, people and customer experience.
Denny, an economics and accounting graduate of the University of the West Indies, also holds a master’s degree in business administration from Nova Southeastern University, Florida, USA.
He brings a wealth of experience in retail banking from his previous regional management role at National Commercial Bank and has also held impressive portfolios at other leading financial services companies in Jamaica.
Expressing elation on his appointment, Denny said: ‘I believe my leading attributes are my positive attitude, effective human relations skills and my propensity to pursue a strong knowledge base for competitive advantage. I look forward to building on the solid platform of FirstCaribbean in the Jamaica marketplace.’
