I totally agree with Mr. Layman.
It is quite wrong to hold docile and fascinating stingrays out of the water.
By all means watch them through a mask but let them retain their dignity as a wonder of nature that we are so very lucky to be able to observe.
I was on a North Sound boat trip a week ago and witnessed several watersports operators handling the stingrays and holding them out of the water. It must be stopped now!
