DHL Express services will now be available at Foster’s Food Fair IGA, The Strand. The partnership is the first of its kind in the Cayman Islands and will allow DHL customers an alternative drop location to their current Mary Street location, while also allowing Foster’s Food Fair IGA customers the added service of shipping packages while they shop.

This partnership extends the drop time for DHL Express an extra five hours with the addition of The Strand location.

The new express service will be available Monday to Saturday, 7am to 10pm at the customer service desk of the supermarket. All packages collected after 2:30pm will be next day pick-up.

‘Foster’s Food Fair IGA always strives to meet the changing needs of our customers and to provide the best possible service available,’ Woody Foster, the managing director of Foster’s Food Fair IGA, stated in a press release.

‘This partnership is one more opportunity to allow us to add further benefit to our customers’ shopping experience. DHL Express is a market leader worldwide and we are excited at this opportunity to work with them. We will hopefully add DHL Express services to all our other locations in the near future.’

Simon Fenn, DHL country manager stated, ‘I’m excited by this strategic partnership which expands our reach and provides better access to our services for our customers. It also provides us with great brand awareness and I’m looking forward to a successful partnership with Fosters Food Fair IGA.’
