Starting on Father’s Day, this Sunday, the Solana Restaurant at the Marriott will be offering a sumptuous champagne brunch.
The first course will feature a buffet presentation of seafood delicacies, including sea bass ceviches, traditional Central American marinated fish, marinated mussels, snow crabs, conch escabeche, shrimp cocktail, oysters and clam shooters.
The salad buffet will offer tempting sides such as Caesar and Caprese salads, grilled vegetables, yellow and red tomatoes, mini conch cake with bean and corn relish and a selection of chesses with artisan breads.
Main courses will be a la carte, deftly created by Grand Cayman Marriott Executive Chef Nicolas Marzoni. On the menu is a CAB 12oz Strip loin with French fries and chimichurri sauce, lobster risotto, sea bass and Achiote rubbed chicken breast.
Tempting desserts include chocolate brownie decadence – four layers of utter indulgence.
Solana brunch is held from 11am to 3pm, $42, gratuities not included.
