Rudolph Davis, the first dms Organization Ltd. Caymanian employee to be awarded a dms international scholarship in 2006, has recently graduated from DeVry University.
He earned a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management. Mr. Davis previously worked in dms’ IT department as a junior network administrator.

dms, a business conglomerate engaged in the financial services, real estate and media industries, launched its scholarship initiative in 2006, increasing its commitment to provide even more training opportunities to its 160-plus employees, helping them to develop their skills and assist in their career advancement. dms Organization awards multiple scholarships to Caymanian students every year including international and local awards.
Mr. Davis’s scholariship funded his second and final year at the DeVry University in Florida, where he graduated 12 July. He also received a medallion highlighting his leadership ability in the DeVry Project Management club where he served as president throughout his studies. Mr. Davis was also inducted into the International Honor Society in business, management, and administration (Sigma Beta Delta) in recognition of his high scholastic achievement.
The programme that Mr. Davis trained in provided him with the tools to design, implement, secure and manage network solutions for organisations, as well as understand their strategic applications in a business context..
Mr. Davis will return to dms, bringing to the work environment his valuable new skills, which will invariably assist him in advancing within the company in years to come.
