Air Jamaica have a new Chief Executive Officer and President.
Bruce Nobles is the new chief and he will take office on Monday.
Air Jamaica said Mr. Nobles, a 40 year veteran of the transportation industry, is most notably credited with leading the successful restructuring of Hawaiian Airlines.
He developed and introduced operations for the Pan Am Shuttle and created and implemented operations for the Trump Shuttle.
Previous posts by Mr. Nobles include that of President and Chief Executive Officer of Air Jamaica over the period June 2002 to March 2003.
Mr. Nobles also held executive positions at Continental Airlines, Republic Airlines and American Airlines.
He rejoins Air Jamaica from the Renwick Company, a Dallas-based aviation and transportation consulting company.
