From Hazard Management Cayman Islands’ Joint Communications Service (JCS)
Thompson Shipping advised that its two barges which service the Sister Islands did not sustain any damage.
The barges took refuge in Cienfuegos,Cuba, and the first one will leave for Grand Cayman tomorrow (Sunday, 9 November) while the other will leave on Monday, 10 November.
Both vessels will be ready to ship supplies to the Sister Islands next week, as soon as weather permits.
