Close Brothers Ltd. has announced the appointment of Warren Keens to the position of Managing Director of Close Fund Services, and John Sutlic to the position of Deputy Managing Director.
Mr. Keens will assume oversight of the fund administration and fiduciary services departments.
Mr. Keens has over 17 years experience in the financial services industry, the last 13 of which have been in the Cayman Islands. He originally joined Close Brothers Ltd. as Director of Business Development and Fund Fiduciary.
Mr. Keens said: “I am grateful for the Company’s confidence in my ability to lead the continued growth of our fund services group. I am confident that with the support of my strong team, we will continue to surpass our clients’ service expectations.’
Mr. Sutlic will assist with the supervision of matters pertaining to the company’s policies and its overall management.
Managing Director of Close Brothers Ltd, Linburgh Martin, said that he was delighted Mr. Sutlic had agreed to serve in this capacity.
‘In his five and a half years with the Close Brothers as CFO, John has provided highly distinguished leadership to the Company’s operational finance, strategic planning and risk management functions, making him a naturally suitable appointee for this new position’, Mr. Martin said.
