MyLIME customer portal launches

LIME’s new MyLIME Customer Web
Portal provides customers with on-line access to their accounts and many other
LIME products and services.

The web portal was designed and
created to enhance further the LIME customer service experience. With immediate
and secure access to their LIME post-paid accounts 24 hours a day, seven days a
week, customers can view, download and pay bills in seconds and accounts will
be updated immediately.

Prepaid customers will be able to
buy airtime with online Top Up through a completely secure and efficient
process.  

Using the MyLIME Customer Portal,
customer can send a free text message to other LIME mobile customers; redeem
LIME Rewards for AAdvantage miles; and self- check their Internet speed instead
of having to call a LIME customer service agent.

Customers can now chat online with
a customer service representative day or night, at their convenience.
