New hires at Charterland

Brent Yates and Hayley Bubb are the
newest members of Charterland’s team of property specialists and Chartered
Surveyors.

The company offers a full range of
property consulting services including site evaluations, feasibility studies,
valuation reports and RICS Valuation Standards for financing, reinstatement
cost consulting and property insurance adjusting. The company also provides
agency and leasing of completed developments and their property management.
Offering services across the Caribbean, Charterland is associated with the
Evolving Island group of companies which include Kariba architecture &
interiors, Livingstone construction management and Copperbelt construction
development.

Caymanian Brent Yates has over 25
years of property valuation and cost consulting experience, and join the team
as Property Consultant.  “I’m pleased to

Hayley Bubb shares Brent’s
enthusiasm and is looking forward to showing off her skills in the areas of
market analysis and strategic advertising for real estate developments. Her
real estate background includes experience in Turks & Caicos and Dubai
where she was responsible for the marketing, sales and leasing of multi-million
dollar developments.

“I’m looking forward to using my
international experience to benefit Charterland’s clients and developing these
