Former Customer Care representative
Shayne Whittaker, who joined Weststar in March 2006 as a Customer Care representative,
has been promoted to Customer Care manager.
After joining Weststar, his
dedication to providing excellent customer service led to his advancement to
Senior Customer Care rep and then to Team Leader, company officials said.
In October 2007, Mr. Whittaker was
promoted to Dispatch Supervisor where he oversaw the team providing a vital
link between customer care and the technical team. He was in charge of making
sure that all customers’ needs were met and ensured all appointments were
completed in designated time frames.
Mr. Whittaker said: “My aim is to
assist the best way I can emphasizing the ‘care’ in Customer Care for both
employees and customers.”
