Lara Butler has won her second gold medal at the CARIFTA Swimming Games in Barbados.

On day two, the swimmers competed in 32 individual events between them, setting personal bests in 29, the second day in a row that every swimmer who swam set at least one personal best time. On the first day coach Dominic Ross bet the team that Cayman swimmers couldn’t make 11 finals. He lost and had a buzzcut as a result.
