Collin claims second title

Collin Anglin has reached the pinnacle of local basketball.

The Director of Sports claimed his first national championship in eight years on Wednesday night. His Dominos Warriors took down the two-time defending champions Wolves in game two of the division one national men’s basketball league finals.

The Arts and Recreation Centre was the sight of the contest, which was a 105-90 blowout. The victory gives the Warriors a clean sweep of the Wolves after Dominos demolished Dwight O’Garro and company 103-73 in game one on Sunday.

Interestingly Anglin did not play a single minute in game two. Instead the Warriors were guided to glory by overseas players Jerome Narcissee, Lloyd Samuels and Jorge Ebanks.
